To benefit from the student rate, a valid proof of student status is required and must be submitted to the Organizing Secretariat at segreteria@etagamma.it

The registration fees indicated are exclusive of VAT. A 22% VAT will be applied only for certain participants based on their legal status and country of origin, according to the following guidelines:
Italian private participants (with or without VAT number): 22% VAT will be added
Italian public institution participants: subject to verification based on the institution’s specific regulations
EU participants without VAT number: 22% VAT will be added
EU participants with VAT number: VAT exempt under the reverse charge mechanism, pursuant to Article 7-ter of Presidential Decree 633/72
Non-EU participants (with or without VAT number): VAT exempt as a non-taxable transaction pursuant to Article 7-ter of Presidential Decree 633/72
After submitting the registration form, you will receive confirmation of the final amount from the Organizing Secretariat.
