Oral Presentations

Timing: Each presentation is 15 minutes total - 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for Q&A. Please keep to time.
Submission: Send your presentation to segreteria@etagamma.it with the subject line: Presenter’s Name – Session – Date & Time; or deliver it via USB stick directly to your session room at least 30 minutes before your session starts.
Testing: We strongly recommend testing your presentation and any related software during the breaks.
Equipment: Lecture rooms have a fully integrated projection system and a desktop computer with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. We highly recommend bringing a PDF version of your presentation as a backup.
File naming convention: Use SpeakerLastName_SessionName_Date_Time Example: Rossi_SS1_2025-10-12_14-00.pdf
